HOW WE DO THAT?

 

 

FORCE U8-U10 - Age Group Coordinator Nathan Smith

 

Players will learn:

- to manipulate the ball with all areas of their feet; individual core techniques

- basic principles of attacking and defensive play; to be creative with the ball while learning when to pass & when to dribble

- basic motor and coordination skills through match related exercises (all training will be functional (with ball) at this level)

- to have confidence in their abilities through positive reinforcement; discipline & respect in their approach to the game; the joy and beauty of the game!

 

U8 Elite and Premier Programs

 

U9-U10 Elite, Premier, and Select Programs

 

 

FORCE U11-U12 - Age Group Coordinator Ewerton Andrade

 

Players will learn:

- to manipulate the ball with all areas of their feet & body; individual core techniques

- improve their understanding of the principles of attacking and defensive play; develop problem solving skills

- motor and coordination skills through match related exercises (most training will be functional at this level); the importance of physical

preparation for games and training - stretching, conditioning, & physical strength

- to have confidence in their abilities through positive reinforcement; discipline & respect in their approach to the game; to communicate with teammates; the joy and beauty of the game!

 

U11-U12 Elite, Premier, and Select Programs

Players will learn:

- a full range of techniques in relation to specific positions; individual core techniques

- understand the principles of attacking and defensive play within a system; develop individual & group problem solving skills

- the importance of physical preparation for games and training - stretching, conditioning, physical strength, endurance training, foot speed training, & nutrition

- to have confidence in their abilities through positive reinforcement; discipline & respect in their approach to the game; to become a student of the game; the joy and beauty of the game!

Players will learn:

- a full range of techniques in relation to their primary position; individual core techniques

- to understand the principles of attacking and defensive play within a system; develop individual, group, & team problem solving skills; utilize set plays

- the importance of physical preparation for games and training - stretching, conditioning, physical strength, endurance training, foot speed training, & nutrition that is needed to prepare them for college soccer

- to have confidence in their abilities through positive reinforcement; discipline & respect in their approach to the game; to become a student of the game; the joy and beauty of the game! learn what it takes to play at the next level!
